What cuts are included?
Roast: Likely cuts for the roasts are Brisket, Sirloin Tip, Cross Roast, Chuck and Inside Round.
Steaks a variety of: Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Inside Round, T Bone, Tenderloin, Striploin
Slow Roast: shanks and/or other cuts.
All orders will receive both 'higher' and 'lower' end cuts.
Sausages, we have a few varieties. Available varieties will be listed at time or order. Sausages have 15-20% pork added but no fillers.There are ~12 packs of sausage/pepperoni, let us know what types you would like before you check out.
