Our farm honey is made from nectar foraged at Smith Lake Farm. It is amber to light coloured depending on the year and blooms. It has lots of depth and a warm flavour. This is the best honey for people with pollen allergies.
 
Our fireweed honey come from the fireweed fields near Mt Washington. It has a light and floral flavour.
 
Our dark honey is only available some years: we seem to get it during summers with prolonged wet periods.
